Thinking about a new camera this winter.

trying to buy a DSLR for under 900 or so, mostly used for skiing/snowboarding, probably wont take too much abuse though. any suggestions?

Might be able to pick up a cheap nikon that would be good for photo, but if you're at all thinking video, gotta go canon.
