I went fishing after work the other day and took my gopro. It died within 5 minutes which was my own fault but i edited what I had. We got musky and pickerel/walleye, large and small mouth bass, a few perch. Primarily the walleyes though.

Yea i live on a small lake too^

All that i catch is bass and pickerel in the summer. But when I icefish, get alot of perch and other kinds of bass.

bass isn't even in season here yet so I let that badboy go right away. We kept some of the pickerels for a fish fry. Thanks guys ya we had a pretty good day out there. Caught most on homemade jigs.

this season's been great so far. i made an edit for my ecology class that i'm showing tomorrow. the rock bass fishing from this river is also super fun, none of the fish are are really over 10 inches but they're still really good fighters.
(you guys had better watch it in hd, i didn't spend all that extra time compressing and uploading for 480)

hahaha that was awesome.

My thoughts:

Loved the redic techno/dubstep for fishing.

Great shots of the boat underway.

That water was like glass, get a wake board out on that.

GoPro makes everything better.

You should get a ski pole and mount the gopro on it and get some underwater shots of the fish being reeled in.

Last time I went fishing, I took off my socks to get rid of the hard-core sock tan I aquired. Top of my feet got sunburnt and it hurt like hell for a couple of days.

in germany there is no catch and release, you have to kill the fish the second you get it out of the water to end its misery. and you have to have a permit for any place you fish at (you have to get permission to fish in a lake 50 miles from anybody) and if you dont its like a 5,000 euro fine in some cases. :(
