Chairlifts

is there a designated side to put ski lifts at certain hills or what is it dependant on? cause sometimes the chairlift goes up on the left and down on the right or the other way around. so whats it depend on?

no, i remember at gunstock it was run up the right side and comes down the left, at wachusett they have one that goes up the left and one that goes up the right. i dont think it really matters.

i think ive seen more that go up on the right and down on left, but i have no idea if there is a way they do it.
