Finally got my diyskis finished and mounted up with some bindings to complete my quiver for this year.
Now all I need is some snow in the zillertal to ride my pow planks on.
6'1". If the 190~ size was available I probably would've picked that since it lacks just a bit when charging hard but the 185 is great considering it's my touring ski right now plus it's extremely nimble.
Ah ok. Great to hear, I'm like 5'11'' so I will probably opt for the 185s if I decide to get the Chetlers. I only weigh 154 however so I think I'm too lightweight to master the 190s anyway (I think).
I want the V8's for next year. I just haven't had a chance to see them in person and play with the flex. I really want something stiffer in about a 16m turn radius.
I really want Helldorados.
Ehh no good then.
I really want a stiffened up Opus, that would be my dream ski.
Helldo's are great for around here seeing as it's mostly tight trees.
I'm also considering Blizzard Cochise, but idk if I can bring myself to ski on a Blizzard.

The 114s introduced all kinds of overlap into what was a fairly focused quiver, but only because it's so good at everything. And of course this will only get worse when I add Wrenegades, 122s and a Steeple, and and and. The only real problem has been that I have had no rock skis in a PNW season that required nothing but rock skis... and once accustomed to ON3P, one does not simply buy crappy skis. #ON3Pfanboyproblems
