Could go either way but its pretty dependent on how Luongo plays. If he is solid it could be a pretty short series, if he is shitty the hawks will probably win even though they lost a lot of depth, they still have a shit ton of talent.

VANCOUVER CANUCKS !!!!!!!
I'm saying in 5 games, Vancouver has just been too business like all-season long, dont ride the highs or the lows just go out and play their game.
This Vancouver team is much different then the past two years and i expect a much different outcome.

GO CANUCKS GO 1!! Can't wait till Wednesday night!

Canucks in 6, I have no faith in Corey Crawford's goaltending abilities, what a weak goal against Holmstrom yesterday in what should have been a make or break game. Everyone likes to rip on Luongo in the postseason but look at what he's done in first round matchups. Canucks' defense are all back and playing and once the six of them combine to form some sort of Dragonzord creature it will spell the end of any notions of repeats.

blackhawks in 7, mostly because i think chicago can explode offensively, and outscore the canucks, not necessarily beat them defensively. also the blackhawks are my west team so yeah.

They are definitely a playoff team, but I'm going to say it's going to take the Hawks 7 games to win it. In regular season, Canucks have won two and Hawks have won two..so should be a really close series.

not sure how much of a playoff team chicago is because they're pretty young(even though they won last year so that sounds retarded). But I think they can take it in 6 or 7. And I really hate vancouver for some reason.

Chicago has better Defencive Skill (Seabrook, Keith, Campbell, Hjalmarsson, Jassen Cullimore) and are overall a better team then the Canucks when it comes to skill also with Kane, Toews, Sharp, Browley, Stalberg, Hossa, Frolik Etc. Canucks seem to preform better as a team, not so much just one person as Kane and Toews work.

Canucks are a better team when it comes to teamwork (ie: Henrik to Daniel). They are more of a "Team" kinda team not a "One man" kinda team. If that makes sence... Goalys, well.. Canucks got that down.

Personally I think the Nucks are takin it down.

canucks in 5. i don't know why we are all so scared anyways...we are much grittier than last year and the hawks have lost all the players that were driving us crazy. our d is miles better than last year and luongo seems to have picked it up. hawks d is much worse and they have a rookie in net.

no clue why they are playing hodgson as third line c though, i actually like raymond there he seems to be playing better

I seriously doubt that he is actually gonna get any ice time, they just want him to be around the team and practice with them and just get a feel for what its like in the playoffs.
He's just here for depth if people get injured most likely. Or at least that's my take on it. Oreo will probably get some ice-time though, at least until Torres is allowed to play again.

thats what i thought too, but according to AV the third line is going to be raymond-hodgson-hansen until torres gets back and the fourth will be oreo-lapierre-glass. i like the fourth alot but not so much the third, i dont like the second line at all right now

I am a fan of the blackhawks but i think the Vancouver might take them... there not playing too hot, i wish the blackhawks would have keep more of there team. Vancouver might take it all this year.

oh really, hmmm quite interesting i guess.
not too big a fan of the third line, Hodgson and Ray are kinda soft, Hansen i don't worry about, he can do it all. The fourth line im pretty happy with, Lapierre is a great 4th line centre and oreo and glass should play with lots of intensity with the minimal time they get.
The second line should be ok: Higgins-Kesler-Sammy, hopefully Kesler plays like he's capable of, Sammy plays like he did in the first round last year and Higgins just goes to the net

Just imagine if Manny wasn't injured, got how much better this team would be

also, i have never been to a hawks game, but i have been to like 10 canucks game. and i just think they just play alot better than the hawks.
