Mac Miller, Wiz, Drake. These people have successfully ruined hip hop and brought about a new wave of douche bag. The flatbrim, black square framed glasses and chuck taylors. They think they are legit but in reality they listen to a bunch of pussies rap about shit that never happened over the most stock beats ever produced. They are often hostile, trying to "rep there crew" because people dont fuck with them. They drink orange juice and smoke that cali kush.

This is the go to response for whenever someone doesnt like some shitty mainstream artist on NS, "all you guys hate him to sound cool and think because you listen to underground rap as suburban white boys make you superior" I personally dont like the music because he sounds like a whiney faggot. I don't think Mac Miller blows because he's too mainstream. I hate him because I also hate all the frat boys and sluts who worship him because he talks about drinking and smoking weed in every single one of his songs. BTW, I don't listen to underground hip hop either.

It just so happens that a fair amount of kids on here have decent tastes in music unlike yourself. So just shut the fuck up, no one needs to hear you claim that they're "socially un-accepted" because they hate mac miller. haha so did i !! i was on stage and stood next to darelle revis and they asked me to party with them afterwards. it was such a fun show

to all the haters, i understand you dont like him but he has dope beats and lyrics. he ACTUALLY is a chill person if you ever met him. so keep talking i will always be a loyal fan cuz hes soo fresh !

mac miller sucks.  im starting to give up on rap nowadays. most new rappers that came out in the last few years suck- just seem so uncreative and lame in terms of lyrics, beats flow etc. the only rapper  / group that is new that i find somewhat good is ofwgkta

i honestly believe if i was good looking enough, i could become the next rap sensation

thats all these rappers have is their "pretty boy looks"

Songs do not have to have extremely deep meaningful lyrics in order to be good... sure mac dosent have the greatest lyrics but he has good flow, his beats are sick and his delivery is dope. his songs have a good feel to them. i fuckin love alot of his music because of the feel it has. i used to hate music like this too, but then i opened my eyes and decided i wasnt a stuck up asshole anymore and now i take music for what it is.

How is Mac in ANY way mainstream?? Do you hear his songs on the radio? no. What about MTV or Much music? no. Im not taking sides because arguing over music is a dead cause. Hell, your opinion can even change. I used to like Wiz back when he had show and prove and his earlier shit, now, I can still listen to him but Im not the biggest fan.

Music is all personal preference, its like arguing which ski is the BEST. You cant, different strokes of different folks.

I have mixed feelings on Mac, on the one hand he is just a fratty/swagger rapper, but at the same time his beats tend to be pretty ill and when I actually give him a chance I often find myself enjoying it.
