the trick is to drink a shit ton of water before you go to bed. and i mean heaps. keep a drink bottle by your bed too. it doesn't matter if you get up to piss 5 times during the night. the point is that if you wake up hydrated then you won't feel like shit.
if that fails then drink soda water. sugar will make you feel like crap, especially if it was part of the night to begin with. sugary mixed drinks, sweet shots and even beer (yes it has natural sugar in it) will all make you feel like crap. soda water is savoury...it helps in the morning.
