I get so hungover, which I am right now, if I don't drink water and eat something before I go to bed. Right now laying on my cousins couch with a good cold breeze coming in the window and cup of water feels like heaven.

Dehydration from hangovers sap you of magnesium and potassium so yes BANANA x2, a big Gatorade (electrolytes + glucose), and McDonalds for whatever reason usually makes me feel like 110%. Weed also makes you go from feeling 20% (like shit) to forgetting completely non-hungover (maybe a bit tired still) 110% too.

The key to curing a hangover lies in the prevention of the hangover. After a long night of drinking have 2 tall glasses of water, 2 pieces of bread, and 2 advils/tylenol. Remember to have a tall glass or two of water next to wherever you're sleeping to ensure that thirst will be quenched in the morning. Have a nice hot shower in the morning and the hangover should be cured. #allmysecrets
