I want to set a new record for stickies

Does anyone know what our record is for most stickies at one time?

I think we should push it further.

Seriously though, after this winter we'll figure out a better system so as to not have too many. But right now, lets make it a joke vs. be annoyed.

Thoughts?

i think most is 11? thats the most i've counted.

Haha, yeah sometimes they get annoying. because people only post like 1-15 times in them.

Mabey make 1 sticky thread with bi-parts/segments giving us new information. And you can put a star by the the sticky so we know their is new posted in there. Then just delete old post's. ALSO only mods can post in that thread?

I think stickies should be four times larger font size so they get more clicks and interest.

there should be a sticky forum, where all the real important threads go.

send em there for a certain amount of time, with a timer on them or something, and after a week, a month, or whatever, the timer will automatically put them back in their respective forum, and some can be permanent.

maybe really hard to make, but i think it would be really useful.

stickies should stay at the top of the page even when you start to scroll down so they take precedence over every single thread you try to click on

something like this, maybe not four times larger, but bold and italicized? i feel like i'm always late to the sticky threads because i never notice them anymore, which is kinda the opposite of how it should be seeing as they're stickied.
