Just got a reply from jiberish:

Thanks for the Jiberish love, much appreciated.

The second drop is probably going to be towards the end of November it looks like. There is no concrete date set though. Keep an eye out for a new video about the China manufacturing process in which you may spot some of drop 2 items.
