I lost about 25 lbs last year by not eating carbs. That was before anyone had heard of 'atkins'. Now the shit is everywhere... by the way, this product is retarded. J.D, the point to this one is that there's no Aspartame (not sure if that's it in English...), the product that caused cancer to rats who ate only for two years. But as other people said, fuck low carb diets: I eat like a fucking pig, but I always make sure that I get the good number of vegetables and fruits servings, do a lot of sports, and there's not an ounce of fat on me.

As to my cholesterol, I told myself that at 25 I'll get a choloesterol check, than if it's high, stop on the 'fatty foods', I guess.

Honestly, if people cared about their health enough to not imbibe aspartame, they wouldn't be on this diet to begin with. It's for losing weight, it isn't usually all that healthy in practice.

^fair enough man, I just think western culture is really moving in the wrong direction on the whole, it's all about miracle diets that allow you to lose weight while you sit on the couch and watch tv and I think that's terrible. How fucking hard would it be for people to get some regular goddamn exercise and try not to eat total crap all the time, furthermore how much better off would we all be if we did instead of waiting for the flavour of the month diet to take care of all our problems for us without us having to do a damn thing?
