Hey i was hoping someone can give me some encouraging advice or help....6 weeks ago i was practicing throwing 180s over the railing on my 2nd story deck and i ended up crushing my heel into 30 peices now i have 6 screws and a plate in my heel attached to my ankle the doctor isnt sure i can ski to full ability this season anybody have any metal in their foot and are skiing just fine????
