might be pervasive though, i don't know much about US GAAP but sometimes there can be required disclosures on lawsuits, even if they're below materiality (ie SEC rules and such). Even still management is free to disclose lawsuits below materiality if they feel it is pertinent to users. It did seem a little over the top for an F/S disclosure though

pretty standard, dont know why this is ski gabber. Skullcandy is a headphone company (technology), not a ski company as far as im concerned. They sponsor some skiers, but are just as involved in sponsoring other action sports. Not sure why this is news on ski gabber, maybe news in the globe and mail investment section or something.
