It is a helmet. You put it on your head. It protects your prepubesant developing brain. Who gives a shit if it is not a trendy color. Make statements with your skiing style, not your fing helmet.
Try to expand your vocabulary: instead of insensitive terms like "gay" use more sophisticated terms like lame or ugly (hint of sarcasm).
Or better yet save up your allowance and go to the ski store for grownups and by yourself a ne helmet. Whiney punk ass kid

Nevertheless, I hate listening to kids whinning about the color of their outerwear. Think of it as tough love, kids should be stoked to ride and it is a shame to be so preoccupied with appearance.
