Pond Hockey

Recently dusted off the old skates and went out with a couple buddies to play some good old fashioned pond hockey. I realized how fucking awesome it is and how it got me back into hockey, which i quit a few years ago. Feel free to post your adoration of pond hockey and/or any stories pertaining to it.

ODR = best part of winter outside skiing. the nice thing about outdoor hockey is that you dont really have to make huge plans for it. you can just call up a few friends, grab your skates and stick, and go out for a couple hours. great times for sure.

Pond hockey is my favorite past time. I got 41+ days played this year and was still going into the last week of March!

Pond hockey is the shit. kinda bummed i didnt get out as much as i wanted to this year. still had a blast playing pickup games.

our pond hockey base in my home town has been growing the past few years...me and my friends started not knowing how to skate and now we're all pretty legit at it. We got jerseys this year too
