So last night i slipped off a rail and my nose of my ski struck the vertical supports of the rail. My nose on my Afterbang is where the edges meet, not sure why they chose here. One half of the edge broke off while the other have dented in towards my base. It punctured the back of it and moved a slab of it so it wrinkles now and you can see about a centimeter in towards the core. I have never had anything other than topsheet chipping done to my skis so I am not sure what to do here. My concern is that water will get in and expand and peel back the base further. this might be very unlikely but I have no way of knowing. I am going to have the shop check it out if necessary but I wanted to hear what NS had to say before I fork over mad $$$ because my shop blows. Here are some pics if you still don't fully understand the situation. I apologize in advance for the camera quality.
