Not sure if mentioned yet, but "Enter the Void" belongs here. At over 2.5 hours, it drags a bit for the last hour, but a mindfuck nonetheless. The movie centers around a drug dealer that trips on DMT minutes before dying and what transpires afterward.

Serbian Film isn't a horror film, and this thread isn't about horror. It's about fucked up movies and Serbian Film takes it hands down.

I saw it twice last winter and I will advise anyone who hasn't seen it to be prepared when you do. That stuff aside, it is really well made lol..
