Replying to thailand during monsoon season?
welp, this outta get zero responses, but i'll shoot anyway...
mom's got frequent flyer miles ridin high up the ass so we're going to order up some plane tickets for a trip this summer. in any case its either england (i've been 9 times already) and turkey, or thailand and vietnam. i'm pushing for asia, the only issue is its monsoon season. i've heard rumors of it being miserable, but i've also heard more first hand accounts of it being totally fine - it rains for an hour a couple days a week and then you're good to go. anyone been, how was it, did you drown or was it alright? keep in mind i'd like to spend a little time on the beach - is that going be something i'll have to compromise? i'm looking for responses from people who have actually been to thailand during the rainy season, so if you haven't don't bother.

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman : God has a hard on for Marines, because we kill everything we see. He plays His games, we play ours. To show our appreciation for so much power, we keep heaven packed with fresh souls. God was here before the marine corps, so you can give your heart to Jesus, but your ass belongs to the corps.
