Good Winter Shoes?

What do you guys wear for shoes in the winter. Right now I have a pair of these Click for larger image but they are brutal with any moisture on the ground.

Any sweet recommendations for a good winter shoe?

they look kinda funky (i like em) but they are waterproof, faux fur lined, and insulated.

ipath shearlings. my go to winter shoe. ive been wearing  the same pair for 6 years. they are getting retired this winter and replaced by a new pair.
