Ok so my computer is dead and I'm low on cash, so I went to craigslist to look for a cheap-ish macbook.
I found an ad for a brand new Macbook Pro 15 inch 2.66GHZ-Core i7 for 750...i know...too good to be true, right?
So i emailed him an inquiry.
He emailed me back with this:
"Hello,

It is still available for sale if interested, price as stated in the ad $750.00. The MacBook is in Syracuse, NY.
I hope you have the money in cash as I am not interested in any trades or delayed paypal transactions.
Let me know if you are interested, logistics are not a problem. email me back.

I live in PA, but my bro goes to college in Syracuse, so I'd have him check it out. i emailed him this:
"That's great! I am located in Pennsylvania, but my brother goes back to Syracuse for college on Sunday, so he'll be able to come check it out on Monday! I really am interested, and will make sure he has the money with him then to purchase it. Thanks!"
Then i get this:
"Hello again,
At this moment I am in Syracuse, NY in a military base getting ready for Afghanistan and I cannot leave the base.

So now I'm getting iffy about it and message this:
"Would it be possible for my brother to got the base on Monday with cash in hand to do the transaction?"
And just now got this:
"Hello again,
Regardless how much I would like to make a face to face transaction right now I`m in a military base and I can't meet with your brother.
This is the reason why I chose to sell it over the internet. Please accept my apologizes for this matter.
If you wish to purchase it please provide me your full name and complete address so I can initiate the deal through google checkout.
Looking forward to hear from you!
Sincerely.

Is this google checkout thing legit, where he doesn't get the money until I get the item? Should I just completely forget about this?
