Replying to Vibes (friend lost in snow)
I have known this family for about 10 years if not longer. The hubby and my father shared business space in Frisco. They have kids together. This is really sad.
SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. -- Police, friends and family are searching for a woman who disappeared Monday night in Summit County.
Stephanie Bruner, 41, left work at the Silverthorne Community Center Monday about 5 p.m., according to her brother Aaron Roller.
Bruner's husband told police his wife went for a walk about 10:30 p.m. Monday night and didn't come home
He reported her missing Tuesday morning about 8 a.m.
Roller said his sister doesn't not have her purse, her wallet or any cash.
"She has no means to get far away," said Roller.
Bruner took her phone with her, but calls to her phone are going directly to voice mail, Roller said.
Roller told 7NEWS he doesn't know why his sister would go for a walk so late at night. He did say his sister was having marital problems.
Roller said police are searching the bike paths and obvious places his sister would have walked. Officers are also interviewing co-workers and Bruner's husband.
Stephanie Bruner is described as 5 foot 6 inches tall, 120 pounds with hazel eyes and dirty blond hair with highlights.
