What Size Poc Receptor Crown? ++K for help.

I want to get a Poc Recepter Crown and no shops around me carry it so I can't try it on.

I wear a hat and goggles underneath. I wear a 7 1/4 or 7 3/8ths fitted if that helps. I'm thinking either a medium or a large would work, but I would just have to mess around with the padding a little bit.

Any opinions would be helpfull. Thanks.

The POC Receptor bug fits a size smaller on most of the people I know who have tried it for size.  I wear a large R.E.D. Hi-Fi and I'm getting an XL Receptor Bug.  I wear the same size hats as you.

i wear the same size hat and will be wearing a hat and goggles underneath. If a smith holt size small almost fits me but is a little small, i figure a large poc helmet will fit me
