You need some other options.

For type of terrain I ski, how about in-bounds steeps.  That is not the same thing as backcountry, or glades.

Are you from the east?  I would think so, if you include glades in the choices but not in-bounds steeps.

You should have a question for number of days a winter skiing.  Your frequency question is a bit off.  It does not specify how many days one skis on a given weekend.  For instance, I ski Mammoth 2-3 weekends a month, and I ski two days a weekend.  When I don't go to Mammoth, I get at least one day at Baldy.

Cool survey and I'm excited to see the results. The only suggestion I would have is with questions 6 and 7 I believe. The answer ranges do not fully accommodate the possible responses, for example last year I went skiing every week or so which is fine within the range of answers, but this year I will probably spend a week or two out west and then ski maybe only one more time as I am spending a year in Georgia. It may be better to ask about total number of days, or just give an option for "a couple times a year". But overall for a fun little survey it looked good and I'm interested to see the findings.
