Replying to Cold Sores!!!

FUCK. So this is kinda weird so yesterday I was watching the show Bored to Death and a guy on the show had a cold sore. I get cold sores probably like twice a year and they completely SUCK. I was thinking, damn that must suck for that guy because cold sores suck so much. Guess what happens this morning? I have a fucking cold sore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so pissed and i've been applying abreva all day. Is there anything else I can do to stop it or make it heal really fast? I can't go the whole week with this thing
