I'd say Hornbeck is the shifty master, doing them everywhere
Tim Durstchi did a nice double shifty 180 in "Yeah Dude"
And I don't remember who and in which movie did a 360 with several shiftys

here's one for the treasure hunters out there....

years and years before either shifty's or Max Hill were well known, there was a no-budget park film made in southern Ontario called "East", and in the trailer Max did an unreal shifty seven.  i remember it because i'd never seen anything like it and didnt see a trick like that again for a couple of years.  can anyone find the clip?
