I'm missing the 6th letter and the frame?

Im thinking that the voice you hear is backwards so im trying to find a way to record it then flip it round and see if i understand anything. but no such luck so far.

you can find one letter in the lamp,when you look at it lookin back at the Crimson room door..

one letter is also in the cabinet,on the highest shelf,on the left side,and also the picture frame is where the shoes are,just click a couple of times near the floor..

I think the point is that you wake up the dead guy. be it the chick or the guy. i've put both pics in the frame placed it on the altar,lighted the incentive,and put the beer on there,and rang bell. Nothing HAPPENED .

AND..... if you torch the black hair with the lighter, it brings out a pattern,same as on the paper in the medicine bottle. It shows which letter equal each number from 1-6 , but after that I'm lost again..

i just got the lamp on...look at the plain blue door so you can see some of the bed too, at the top you'll see a little bit of the lamp...click it, then you can see the card just a little bit...but where the fuck is the lighter
