Just because you use another persons sounds to rework them into your own does not mean its a mashup. Mashups are mindless beatmatching. Sampling is not. What this girl is doing is sampling the sounds to make into her own.

Xavier and Gaspard of Justice got a english childrens choir to sing the vocals on d.a.n.c.e, thus making it an original recording. no sampling there, not even close to a mash up.
