1. We still make our clothing slim and taller fitting. But we didadjust the sizing on the tags to help avoid confusion with the people who buyour clothing outside of the ski/snowboard industry. The example we willuse to explain this is the size Medium. Our traditional size Medium hasbeen significantly bigger than most brands size Mediums out there. So inorder to make our sizing more understandable to the general public we moved thetagging of our clothing up 1 size to adjust for some discrepancy. So, inthis example our Medium from last season is now a size Large. Our Largefrom last season is now an XL and so on. We also now have a 4XL (whichjust seems ridiculous to even write) and that was last season's 3XL. Oursizing will range from M-4XL. We are doing our best to balance thesnowsports influence and style with streetwear culture. Our solution isto make 6 sizes of our clothing. The manufacturer is not stoked.
StartFragment2. We loosened the ribbing on all pieces a fewinches in diameter. This will allow the sizing to hang a bit more but itwill still have a shape to it. Also, for anyone on here buying ourclothing for it's intended use (see: "streetwear") you may find yourselfmore comfortable in a size that fits more traditionally. On the snow welove our garments to be larger and in line with rider’s on-hill fashion, butoff the mountain we have tailored our garments to fulfill the more traditionalstreetwear look. This is the direction things have headed over the past 2years and continues to become more relevant if you spend time in some of ourstreetwear retailers like Humidor in LA, Identity Footwear and Apparel in NH,Jugrnaut in Chicago, or Flow in Milwaukee. 3. We are still fully supporting skiing and always will. We are fortunate that our brand is growing outside of the skiing world. If it did not we would have to sell to every ski shop on the planet tostay in business. We have been fortunate about increasing popularity in otherareas because it allows us to grow our lines while not over saturating in snowsports, so those pieces you fall in love with can always feel like yours. Webelieve that our growth outside of the ski world could only help bring exposureto modern skiing; if non-ski folks who pick up our stuff do any research on theJiberish brand then they will be educated on what is going on in the skicommunity.
