because jiberish wants to make their clothing sizing normal. Because, believe it or not, jiberish was not made to ski in. I can only imagine that they are trying to branch out more into the clothing industry instead of staying a strictly ski clothing brand.

That would be why they still offer 4XL. But not all skiers wear huge clothes all the time. I'd say the majority don't. I think it makes sense that they'd offer taller fitting, slim clothes that don't look ridiculous, as well as keeping the massive stuff.

calm down, im not making an arguing case im just stating my opinion. people who know about jiberish and the long time buyers/fans know the sizing plus they have size charts. I just thought their point was to be a ski-orriented company but they clearly seem to be branching out.

eh it could be good or bad, IMO bad because I like it as a smaller "ski" company rather than it blowing up and it be sold in stores. I'm just stoked for this years collection.

As much as I want to believe it's "not about the money" there is a point where money is more important than keeping clothes "exclusive." I think Jiberish will reach that point where they are more concerned about the money.

I really don't think so at all. They could have made a huge profit with the last 3 lines and they chose not to. The summer stuff was gone instantly, the hats in 15 freaking minutes. They have no issues making money, they just put the brand first.

they could easily charge $100+ for ever hoodie and still sell out. obviously the business people at Jiberish aren't stupid, they're making money on every article they sell; but they could do it to a much greater extreme.

one model of hoodie has always been more expensive than the rest. this is a trend goes all the way back to 06/07.
last year it was the Jungle Cats, year before that it was the Crossdots, year before that it was the Sleeper, ect.

that's nothing new. they've always been $110 as well.

Exactly.  The Jungle Cat had like 5 different patches on it along with a pretty expensive fabric, which I'm sure heavily increased the cost to make it.  There is a LoHi one this year that has a screen printed "LoHi" and an embroidered J-crown on a simple pullover hoody.  Looks great, simple, and I bet it will cost significantly less than the average hoody they make since it's so simple to make.

as much as a truly hate myself for saying it, i feel the same way. whenever i put on something smaller than like 4-5 inches from my knees i wear it for a minute then take it off and put a tall tee back on. I don't know if its comfort or just what i've gotten used to.

all of my shirts are xl. most of the kids at my school wear tight hollister shit. i dont know how thats comfy.
