Replying to need to get motivated
i havent been workin out for a month, which is ridiculous considering i have a home gym. It seems that every day i'm too tired to work out, or the past few times, i wasnt really pushin it. It happenned to me in the past, usually when i got injured, but now there is no excuse. Does anybody know what can i do to get outa this slump?
Its a good life if you dont weaken.
