Rotor Cuff Surgery

alright..i have been doing therapy for a month because of my rotor cuff, and now they are pretty sure its not contusions in it, but torn, so if it is i will have to get surgyer..any one know anything about this?

my sister's boyfriend had surgery on his rotor cuff and he couldn't do anything for about three months. He always complained that it was hard to sleep and he still has trouble raising his arm high but for the most part its better. good luck with that and i hope it works out for you!

ya its not too much fun, i tore mine pretty bad and also tore my bicep tendon free so i stoped playing baseball to avoid surgery
