Stanced car thread

there are a bunch of different car threads on here- but a car that is stanced or flush is what gets me going- most of these pics are off of stanceworks, vortex and bimmerforums- but I thought it would be nice to show you guys some

we are all about rare wheels, split wheels, doesnt matter how you get low- coils or air(although guys with air get hated on pretty hard haha)

since were on NS a Subaru to start em off

I just sold my evo to get rid of some school debt early- picked up a mk2 jetta coupe and Bagyard bombers- sitting at home-wheels are a secret- anyone at h2o hit me up- ill be the guy in bagged mk2 with a NS penis in the front seat

......I said I LIKED stanced cars, they're just a tad impractical. and YES, I DO drive a civic, it would be my daily driver even if I WAS a rich kid with money to spend.

pirate 4x4 is legit

I'm a fan of race-dezert though better.


You should check out the Class 8/1 frame i'm building in Solidworks.

Its nowhere close to being done yet but its a work in progress, i have no projection for when it will be built though, could be a year or could be five.

Its a Voltex rear diffuser. This is the same car just with different wheels back at Stance of the Union. You can see it better.

race dezert is cool and all, and i really like the go fast stuff

but here in the pnw we dont really have the space on public land to take shit out ad rip in the desert

this summer or next summer ill be building a trail rig, probably just big block, 4 speed, 203/205 doubler and leaf sprung tons on 40s

either a 78/79 ford or a 73-87 chev

i dont want half ton axles for one thing... i can find a one ton 4x4 with a big block for about a grand since i dont care about the body

if i bought a blazer id need axles and a motor still to get what i want

anddd there pretty ugly, id just get a scout if i wanted something like that...

Iowa is pretty much the same.

My parents are moving out to Nevada though after my youngest brother finishes high school, so i'll be able to do King of the Hammers, Laughlin, and Primm. (hopefully)

i probably just wont run a bed, maybe a little tube for a spare and a fuel cell but thats all, im goin for budget not looks

and in washington as long as its not pissin ass rain we dont need anything covering the tires to be street legal

i dunno if nh has it but theyre called like fair weather laws

in washington you can pretty much register anything, it needs lights and windshield wipers other than being relatively safe to take on the road haha

if there is anyone who knows anything in this thread about MKIII jettas would you mind reccomending me a set of deep dish rims.  not trying to thread jack but it doesnt deserve a new thread. and anyone who knows anything about stance is here.

it is on coils now, currently in winter mode, looking to get a staggered setup 16" (current rims are 15" ) for summer having trouble finding a decent set of deep dish rims, i like the look of the borbet 5 spoke rims but im undecided. i will be posting in this thread once it has its summer stance going on.

Feel free to PM me instead of quoting the picture seeing as the car doesnt have any stance as of yet

dude.... at the risk of sounding like an ass if you can stop posting this shit in here that would be swell.  I mean, as multiple people have said this is the STANCED thread, not just the "oh this is a car and I like it" thread.  you don't see me posting zonda's and gt3 rs's do you... no because they are not stanced. 

so please don't post pics of stuff like that, if you want to make another cool car thread then by all means go for it, just stick to what this thread is about.
