holly fuck there is so much wrong in that article. I mean some of it is fine... but so much is wrong.
Modern IQ tests are in no way fair.
You take a 10 year old from the Amazon that has never seen a puzzle and they will fail miserably and we will say they are unintelligent yet they can most likely identify 2000+ plant species when an American 10 year old can identify 20. Even phrasing is biased.
There is no universal test except testing how the brain reacts to electricity and so forth.
Because of this, any test given can only be assessed on a regional cultural level. Like chinese americans in LA are genetically smarter than white americans in LA. And still, you need to prove it is entirely genetic rather than cultural.
They haven't found all of the genes that determine your learning potential and they have yet to figure out the best combination of said genes for it to work. they wont know on a "racial" (and by racial, I mean cultural heritage) until they have dissected the entire genone, and every combination. Then done mass studies of heritage to determine who has the highest incidence of any particular combination.
So please dont go telling people you read on wiki that asians are genetically smarter.
