Part of AR5 base fell off

So I don't know when this happened exactly, but on the base of my other ski,under the eagle,a piece of the corner has dropped off. I'm thinking this is a malfunction right? So should I get it warrantied,I can see to the core and shit.. the bases are die-cut,I know,but does it mean things should automatically fucking fall off?

um, is there impact damage? if you can see where you hit something, causing the piece to come loose, then its not warrantyable because of 'user error'. if its spotless and the epoxy is coming loose on the die cut, then id say give them a call

Yeah,no user error or anything like that,it has just fallen off,no impact marks or so.

those are my brother's armadas...in the second picture you can see the little metal thingy on the tail fell off, happened to both skis

Okay,studying that picture,one of those red pieces fell off of my skis. Not as bad as your bros,yeah...I hope he gets it warrantied too..

But I live in FINLAND! It would take weeks or months to get things sorted! And what if I would send them,then when they check them out,they'll say:'Sorry,user abuse. No go.' Then it'll take the same amount of time for them to return.

I'm going skiing next week and then at the start of June I'm leaving to Norway for 10 days of pure skiing and sunbathing...and drinking. So i'll need my skis.

put some epoxy in the hole and you'll be fine. That part doesnt even touch the snow so all you need is something to keep water out of the core.
