Replying to Introduction

Why hello there!


So...I've been trolling around NewSchoolers for some time and recently I figured I'd make an account, so here I am. Made some posts already, but I haven't really made an intro yet so...here we go:

My name's Tijmen (pronounce Timen), I'm from the lovely flat country Holland where we can't ski (just indoor, which isn't all that exciting) and I love skiing (d'uh?)! I totally dig pizza and hamburgers and detest chicory. So much for my food taste.
I have a cat, a siste, mom+dad and some ski's. The park ski I ride are the Atomic Punx (the 10/11 edition with the lime green/purple, they're ÁWESOME!) and I also got Atomic TI's (182cm) for carving down lightning-fast the blackest iciest slopes (we have those here in Europe ;) ). I also got a pair of ski's I teach on, because I'm a skiteacher (yey!), and HOPEFULLY I'll be able to teach in America/Canada one day. I know, people here on NewSchoolers don't really like ski-teachers, but what the hell, I can't finance skiing if I don't get my pass and lodging for free. It's a 10 hour drive to the nearest mountains from my home (yes, I know, FML!), but at least the park in the village I teach in is open till 9:30PM, so I can ski at night as well!

Uhm...I'm 19 y/o, going to study History now in Amsterdam and trying to get a job, save up a shitload of money and go chill in America for a season (hopefully ^_^). What else is there to say? I hope I'll enjoy my stay here and make some friends (are there any Dutchies around here?)
