The ad has all the basic info, but here is a little bit more. There is one girl who sublets the place, and lives in one of the rooms with her girlfriend. I moved in a few months ago, just from seeing the ad for a room open on KSL. You will actually be moving into my room, and I will be taking the room for the guy who is moving out. It is a basement room that isn't huge, but decent sized. I have a full bed, desk, and dresser in there with no problems. You will be sharing a bathroom with 3 other people, but it isn't bad at all. I never run into problems with it. There is a ton of storage space for any crap you want to bring alone.
The place does have 4 dogs. They are all pretty well behaved. One is a 7 month old great dane who is still a bit of a puppy so can be energetic, but overall they are all pretty good.
