Replying to Has Oakley Changed it's sizes

I heard that Oakley Jackets this year 03/04 are a size smaller than what they used to be. FOr instance an older Oakley Jacket in size M would be the same size as a newer jakcet, in size large. Anybody know about this because I want to buy an Oakley Jacket on Ebay in size medium, which fits me in older sized jakcets, but I don't know if this one will fit cause it is a medium Romeo from this year. I hope this makes any sense to somebody.
