So what this is, theres a new condo that was just built (or being built) in toronto and its a voting contest, person with the highest votes for their name of the condo wins $5 k. My buddy is already in 35/900 people, and i know that NS can sway contests like crazy.

So the first place prize is up for grabs and you have 1 in 10 odds on that. Ipad is tricky. Can the person in first place votes-wise get an ipad if he is selected as the grand prize winner, or would it then roll down to 2nd and 3rd place?
