Try coming to the Midwest. There were a few tornadoes like mn nice said but thunder is almost a daily occurance in minnesota. Tonight there's supposed to be severe weather. There was a few days too.

Central VT (Killington to be exact) got ripped hard by a storm last night around 8pm. Hail, big winds, heavy rain, tons of lightening.

T'was a good storm for sure.

Tornado Warnings all around Southern Connecticut, ridiculous lightning and thunder almost all night, there aren't even any more trees for storms to knock down at my house now.

Agreed, I love really bad storms, watching the lighting is always awesome. And the ice storm in 2008 was a blast, though having to chop holes in the ice to get water was a pain in the ass. So worth it though.
