Shit...no confirmation today, and Saga hasn't returned any of my emails or phone messages.  Guess that means my gear was in the after Christmas batch.  Pretty bummed about that.  At least my Jiberish finally came haha.

I doubt it is by who ordered first.. I ordered mine the second day they came out, and last night Sean emailed me back saying they weren't going to start shipping again until monday.

for those who have gotten their orders - what shipping currier are they using? USPS, UPS, FedEx??? I gave them my physical address and USPS doesn't ship to physical addresses where I live... I have emailed them and called 2 times with no response - sucks a little.

I ordered the large on the 11/29/2010
but i 1st ordered a XL on the 08/23/2010 but it was huge im 5.8ish (i did post pics) i sent it back for a refund but ive not got that yet, im ment to be getting a hoodie too as ive paid p&p 3 times & the 2nd order was on the special weekend but i still paid the pre order price, but it wasnt on the shipping confirmation it just said the suit has been shipped

anyone have a private phone number to reach SAGA by? There is no use in contacting their 1-888 number because they don't pick it up anyways and rarely answer to messages left there.

any help would be appreciated, i need SAGA to contact USPS because my package has been stuck somewhere in their system for over 2 weeks now. yes i have contacted USPS myself but they need to have the sender contact them.

They sent me an email on thursday night saying my stuff was expected to ship this weekend but i have yet to get an actual shipping confirmation.

I feel like the real anger in this thread is born out of saga saying things are "expected" to happen and then its doesnt.

Just got a call from Andy at saga, he has been trying to get in touch with canadian customs to see if there are any packages stuck in customs there where the tracking has not been updated. Says he'll find out whats going on by monday at the latest.

So anyone in BC or other places in Canada expecting some outerwear that was shipped a while ago can rest assured that saga is working on figuring out where the packages are at the moment. Can't complain about the customer service I left a message on saga's voicemail a couple hours ago and just got a call back clarifying things from andy.

it's probably because they mark their shit down so much and because it's just send as a regular package, which gets put behind anything express when going through customs. I didn't even have to pay customs

I havent got mine yet but someone 5'8" got a large a few pages back and posted pics, looked PERFECT. I think the term is....Newschool powder/backcountry which means shorter than park but long enough to look dope all the time.
