So what happens between 4:05 and 4:15 am?

It seems as though every single day between the minutes of 4:05 am and 4"15 am NS goes down. Is that a time when updates are made?

We call it a maintenance window. Server goes down at our least active time so that it works flawlessly the rest of the day :)
