while she was obviously resisting arrest, the small dicked cop has had a lot of training, im sure he can think of a better (more professional) way to deal with a 100 pound woman than to punch her in the face. 1) it is his JOB and he should be held to higher scrutiny than others and 2) watch what happens to provoke the punch, she lightly pushes him. grow some balls and go to the gym you fat pussy

of course id like to know what led to the altercation.. what was she doing?

Resisting arrest and battery of an officer, along with uhmm can't think of the other but getting in the way of an arrest is what the one in the pink will get. This girl has jail time for sure. the video tape only made the case a solid year of jail.

yeah well i do have a hard time believing the cop wouldve tried to actually book a white businessman in a suit for jaywalking. if you lived in a city and got harassed by cops all the time youd probably hate them too

You never know though, it could be a troublesome spot where there is a lot of jaywalking on a busy road and it is a safety issue that the local police are trying to fix. The article did say there was a pedestrian bridge over the road 15 feet from where she was jaywalking. But regardless, it doesn't matter what you are stopped for by police, you need to obey orders. Walking away and then physically resisting won't help her case of "excessive force" either.

The officer was already in a bad situation with the women resisting, other people getting uncomfortably close to his vehicle, himself, and the women. The women in the pink was grabbing at her friend tugging arms and in the cops face. He had every single right to hit her, she also deserves a court order.

Not saying she is trying to point the finger for excessive force, because I didn't read that anywhere, but if happens to come up in court, which I won't doubt it will, the cop has reasoning behind his actions.

- "i've seen" = "that i have seen" minus the "that" .... once again that is perfectly fine
- stupidest is a word

AND not using "and" or "or" (dont know what youre talking about when you claim you shouldnt use "if" to start sentences...?) is a grammar rule in formal writing. this is a message board, which is far from formal.

police are taught many methods throughout the academy of dealing with people that are resisting. Part of their training does include punching. That girl in the pink was definitely on the heavier side of 100.
