id rather pay 15 dollars and get it via fedex then free and get it usps first class mail. it would be a rip off because its was not specified which service they would ship in.

Hey All, just to put this out there- we use our judgement for shipping every package. For example, if you live in the US or Canada, bought a suit, and accidentally selected USPS, we'll usually upgrade you to Fedex ground for free (and pay any additional fees ourself).

If you live in the US and bought something besides outerwear then it has a better chance of being shipped with USPS if that's what you selected. Either way, if Fedex is close to the same price as USPS, then we'll upgrade you for free. Now, who loves ya?

I ordered a full suit yesterday from spain, and customer service(awesome customer service) has told me that I will receive my tracking number from fedex in the next two days(I suppose they mean 2 working days...) and that my order would be in spain before november ends, so, perfect!

why is it wrong? if they shipped 95% of preorders already (rest is going out monday morning), everyone should get their stuff next week in the US. 3-5 days. I prollly wont get mine because im in NJ and i still havent gotten an confirmation yet so my suit will be shipped monday im assuming..i order week and a half ago.

im starting to get a little pissed. kids saying they are getting theirs the 16th and 17th....im getting mine the 18th when i ordered the first day preorders were available...and some kid up there somewhere ordered two weeks ago and he is getting his the 18th...does anyone else see the problem?

We hired 6 people and have been shipping around the clock. We got most of the orders out last week, and the rest will go out tomorrow (Monday the 15th). There may be some lingering orders that might be delayed based on things like people selecting wrong (or no) shipping methods, wrong addresses, etc.

Fedex should be 3 business days to pretty much anywhere in the US. Thanks again for your patience!

idk but it seems as if noone got their stuff yet aka noone go their stuff shipped last monday or tuesday, but then not everyone is on NS that ordered so who knows. im just not happy cuz i didnt get my notification yet lol
