So last night around midnight, a pair of kids were driving about 105km/h in a residential area in my neighbourhood where the limit is 50km/h.
They proceeded to go around a curve to fast, as the driver (15) didn't have a drivers license and had never taken the initial knowledge test, he didnt know how to do sharp turns.
Anyways, he goes around the bend too sharp, flips, rolls into a telephone pole.
The passenger (14) crawls out (unharmed) and pulls his friend (the driver out) who had broken both his legs at the femur, who wasnt wearing a seatbelt...
he was later taken to the childrens hospital.
OH! and the car they were driving wasnt even the drivers' parents' it was his friends' parents' car valued at about $40,000 which is now totalled
moral of the story: IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE, DONT STEAL YOUR PARENTS' CARS KIDDIES!

Not gonna lie. I would take my car out every few months and go for a little joy ride before I had my license. It was more towards the end of my 14s and early 15s. I only did it like three to four times total. I never went far and never went down any main streets and I definitely obeyed every rule. I drove the speed limit, or just under, always stopped at stop signs, and obeyed all traffic rules. I never really liked it because I was always paranoid and I didn't feel like risking my license. Stupid kids. No seatbelt either. What a fool.

something like this happened in my town too. execpt they hot wired a van and a pt cruiser, crashed the van, they all got in the p.t ran outta gas and tried to steal some from a guys house. they got shot at and ran into the woods. police got dogs and got them out. they only got like a 600 dollar fine each.

i did a very similar thing
i was driving my freinds parents car a brand new pontiac vibe when i was 15. (i actually did know to drive) was driving one night stoned as shit to McDonald's (big mistake) going way to fast anyways i am going up to the on to a highway which is a straight 90 degree hit it at like 65. wasn't quick enough on the hand-break/ it was an automatic and a Pontiac vibe slid to far into a very steep ditch and rolled it
got out of the car, ran away luckily cause i was 15 (turning 16 in like 2 weeks) i was treated as a child so nothing happened to me getting my licence. also i didn't stick around so they couldent pin me for drunk driving. thirdly the cop was a super nice guy and didn't charge me with fleeing the scene. Best of all i had permission from her so i only got charged with "taking" the car not theft
i got 40 hours community service and no one was hurt
but fucking god was that a combo of bad choices
-driving with no license
-driving well impaired
-driving well impaired with a car loaded with fucking kids
moral-don't be a retard
