ok, so in Bowling for Columbine, buddy goes to Canada and is shocked to see that people don't lock their doors when they're home... who the hell locks their doors when they are home?

are you trying to tell me that Americans lock themselves in their homes during the day?

we never lock our doors EVER.

We dont even have a lock on our door, and the one door we do, its broken.

even if were away for a week we dont lock them.

my neighbors have gotten robbed too

yeah dude i live down in walnut hill by the city of cincinnati, and i ALWAYS get home and deadbolt that shit. people are crazy down here and will just walk in, u gotta lock the doors.

my roomates always lock the door when we're home and it pisses me off! when i have people come over and i tell them to come in and then i have to go all the way downstairs and open the door(i live on the 3rd story of the house)

i live in canada and most of wat was said in the movie was true. during the day, most people in canada won't lock their doors cause no one is stoopid enough to do anythin durin the day.

at nite, most, if not all, people will lock their doors if they live in urban centres. most people that live in the country or in newfoundland wont lock their doors: ever.

it probably isnt that different from the us tho

i never lock my doors, ever, most of the locks dont work, and we dont have keys, we got broken into once but we got home and the dude freaked out and left, he dropped a case with like 100 cassettes in it, this was a while ago, the only one i remember was the wall, but ye it was sweet

the moral is if you ever come home and someone is inside, scream or something to freak him out and reap the benefits

my g-ma lives in oregon and doesnt even HAVE a lock for her house. I live in cali and had my bike stolen out of my garage as soon as my sister pulled in.

one time this guy stole my plane. but i got in my helicopter and i chased him down. all i had in the cab of the helicopter were these gold bars so i just started chucking them at the plane. on mustve hit right cause the guy crashed. but it was ok, i still had another plane.

My friends fam never locks their door and when they went on vacatin for a week we used his house to chill and we threw a party and some kid fucking dropped his cig in the couch and next thing i know the fire department was there needless to say we were fucked!!!
