we call em triggers..as they trigger cardiac arrest... another price saving note..if you order a mcdouble (two patties one piece of cheese) with an extra piece of cheese (which makes a doublecheeseburger) its cheaper than getting the double cheeseburger..mcdonalds just doesnt think anyone would notice..i did..and im getting 60cents cheaper triggers.
