other than the flex, what is the difference between the freestyle boots, like the booters and hot doggers, compared to the other freeride ones and the originals.

Flex, Boot Board (hard plastic vs rubber), Liner, cable cover vs no cable cover, aluminum buckles vs plastic ones - those are the differences between the boots, go to the site to see which has which.
