ya i mean a lot of people ski park skis that arent center. My old skis werent and when I got my new pair there is a little difference but its not huge. It is nice for riding switch though.

center mounting is mainly better for switch skiing, not necessarily spinning. it will help a little. also there is a reason that ski companies have a recomended and thought does go into where that is.

exactly. it won't really bother on the spin, it's just a bit less confortable when riding switch. I also think it's weird on rails when skis are not center mounted, especially when doing tricks like switchups and spin ons, because of a certain lack of balance between front and back. It really won't change anything if you're starting though

hmmm 1 1/2 inch is quite a lot, and it won't change a lo to have a symmetrical ski or not... I really think this is about personal preferences. I ride ski on non-symmetrical sticks, true center mount and I like them, way better then with 1 1/2 inches retro

i don't like center mount twin tips.
you don't have as much control skiing and its the same spinning on non-centered skis

it effects swing weight but other then that you wont notice it on jumps maybe trying to do 270 on and switchups but not much other then that.

I bet frontflips are really hard. It messes my balance, and I always backseat and rip open my asshole.
