i'd say start with tail butters, they're a lot easier since it's easier to lean back than forward with the way your knees bend. Tail butter 3's are super easy.
Skiing switch, look over whichever shoulder you feel most comfortable with, wash out your tips in that direction as if you were just going to go straight again but lean back and bend your knees as you do this. This will load your tails. once you're facing forward you should be just on your tails, then just pop (kinda stand up) and turn your head uphill, and complete the rotation.
Like others have said, do it off a knoll or the knuckle of a jump.
Once you get that go for the nose butter 3 and tail butter 5. when you do a nose butter you basically do the same motion just start forward instead of switch, lean forward and don't bend your knees.
