We've been seeing a ton of reports of people getting emails from "new newschoolers news".
I assure you that this is a scam. We would never send anything like this, nor should you ever trust a suspicious email such as this. If you get something from newschoolers its going to look legit, only link to addresses with newschoolers.com in the URL, and be written by one of the staff.
This is happening because of spam farms in foreign countries. They are harvesting email addresses from your profile, because you have the email set to public. I think we're going to disable public email addresses permanently, as this is getting slightly out of control.
